2004 Auto insurer of the year announced.
After conducting extensive policy holder and claimant surveys around the country, our association is releasing its' Number One Automobile Insurance carrier rating for the calender year 2004. The company showing far and away the best image with its policy holders is the State Farm insurance company.
In making this determination and public announcement, we must state that only ONE of State Farm's Sales and Operation Geographical Zones greatly under performed the rest of the country. That zone being the "Southern Zone". To see test case report on State Farm's "Southern Zone", click here.
Zones where policy holder rating of State Farm was at the TOP of the "customer recognition" and "overall approval" list, were the Great Lakes and Colonial zones. [Our hats are off to Mike Davidson and Brian Carlson--top exec's in those two zones].
